户外双层智能柜内温度场模拟与验证

摘  要:针对户外双层智能柜 (SCG-FL) 在实际工作中易发生高温故障甚至爆炸的问题,采用 FLUENT 软件对户外双层智能柜内的温度进行数值研究,探究不同环境温度下智能柜内温度的变化规律。结果表明,环境温度的升高致使智能元件的温度升高,下侧智能元件的温度比上侧的略低,最高温度相差 11 ℃。将数值结果与实验相对比,二者基本吻合,模拟值较实验值略低,平均误差低于 4.9%。该数值模型可作为基准模型为智能柜的结构优化提供参考。

Simulation and Verification on Temperature Field in the Outdoor Double-Layer Intelligent Cabinet

Abstract: In view of the problems that outdoor double-layer intelligent cabinet (SCG-FL) is often occur the high temperature faults and even explosion in practical work. In this paper, FLUENT software is used to study the temperature value in outdoor double-layer intelligent cabinet and explore the temperature change rules in intelligent cabinet under the different ambient temperature. The results show that the rise of ambient temperature causes the temperature of intelligent components to rise, the temperature of intelligent components on the lower side is slightly lower than that on the upper side, the maximum temperature difference is 11 ℃ . Comparing the numerical results to the experimental results, the two basically agree, the simulated value is slightly lower than the experimental value, and the average error is less than 4.9%. This numerical model can provide a reference as a benchmark model for the structural optimization of the intelligent cabinet.
