摘 要:在洗瓶水循环作业系统中,实时监控洗瓶水的质量,对提高设备运转效率,实现节能降耗有重要意义。文章通过设计开发一款远程智能化控制系统将其与传统洗瓶水循环装置一起联动作业,实现洗瓶水循环利用的同时将智能控制引入到生产作业中。通过对装置的模拟实验,确定实施的有效性,对装置的生产以及推广具有良好的社会经济效益和生态环境效益。

Abstract: In the bottle washing water circulation operation system, monitoring the quality of bottle washing water in real time is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of equipment and realize energy saving and consumption reduction. In this paper, a remote intelligent control system is designed and developed to work together with the traditional bottle washing water circulation device, so as to realize the recycling of bottle washing water and introduce intelligent control into production operation. Through the simulation experiment of the device, the effectiveness of the implementation is determined, which has good social and economic benefits and ecological environment benefits for the production and promotion of the device.
