摘 要:阀体类产品为多型号中批量的精益生产加工模式。为适应现有加工节奏,原有的检验手工尺寸检测模式需被全自动智能化测量单元替代。文章针对阀体类零件,设计测量方案、选取专用机器人、组建测量系统、设计专用定位工装、开发数控测量程序、实现精确高效的批量产品自动测量;并针对测量结果进行重复性验证分析,对后续优化测量方案奠定基础。

Research on the Construction of Intelligent Measurement Unit for Multi-Model Valve Body Products

Abstract: Valve body products are lean production and processing modes of multi-model and medium-volume production. In order to adapt to the existing processing rhythm, the original manual dimension measurement mode needs to be replaced by a fully automatic and intelligent measurement unit. This paper is aimed at valve body parts, designs measurement plans, selects special robots, sets up measurement systems, designs special positioning tooling, develops CNC measurement programs, and achieves accurate and efficient automatic measurement of batch products. And it repeats the verification analysis of the measurement results to lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization of the measurement plan.
