摘 要：在市场经济的高速发展过程中，楼宇智能化技术在办公大楼中的应用逐渐普遍，这样无疑提升了办公人员的工作效率与质量。本文对在办公楼中的楼宇智能化技术进行分析研究，了解现阶段在办公楼中的楼宇智能化技术以及具体应用，对于今后办公楼的楼宇智能化技术进行了简单的阐述分析。

Abstract：In the rapid development of the market economy，the application of building intelligent technology in the office building isgradually universal，which undoubtedly improves the work efficiency and quality of the office staff. In this paper，the building intellectualizationtechnology in the office building is analyzed and studied，and the building intellectualization technology and the concrete application in the officebuilding are understood at the present stage，and the intelligent building technology for office buildings in the future is briefly analyzed.
