数控车床加工精度的影响因素研究

摘  要:随着现代科技的不断发展和进步,数控技术在制造行业当中的应用变得更加广泛,同时数控技术的成熟度也在提高。通过将数控技术恰当应用到数控车床加工的过程中,能够有效提高零件的精度,确保零件加工的质量,为我国机械制造行业的发展和制造能力的提高创造良好的条件。需要注意的是,数控车床加工精度会受到多种因素的影响,所以在实际的加工处理当中,必须考虑这些因素,积极提出提升加工精度的方法措施,让数控技术可以更好地服务于制造业的发展。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Machining Precision of CNC Lathe

Abstract:With the continuous development and progress of modern science and technology,the application of numerical control technology in the manufacturing industry has become more extensive,at the same time,the maturity of numerical control technology is also improving. By applying the numerical control technology properly to the machining process of CNC lathe,the precision of the parts can be improved effectively and the quality of the parts processing can be ensured,which creates good conditions for the development of our machinery manufacturing industry and the improvement of the manufacturing capacity. It is important to note that the machining accuracy of CNC lathes will be affected by many factors,so in the actual processing,these factors must be taken into consideration,and the methods and measures to improve the machining precision are put forward,so that the numerical control technology can better serve the development of the manufacturing industry.
