军用高频高Q 电容器设计及工艺

摘  要:本文在配方上选用在高频下具有较大Q 值的MgTiO3 材料和具有较大介电常数的Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 材料的复合体系,通过液相包裹技术结合高能球磨工艺,制备具有特定成分分布的y·MgTiO3-(1-y)Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 复合粉体,并通过二步烧结法制备晶粒具有特殊“壳-芯”结构的陶瓷电容器介质层,实现高频高Q 多层陶瓷电容器的批量生产。本项目的实施可使企业成功实现相关产品的量产,满足巨大的军用市场需求,改变同类产品依赖进口的格局,保证国防安全,不仅具有较强的社会效益,还能带来较大的经济效益。

Design and Technology of Military Frequency with High Q-value Capacitor

Abstract:In this paper,a composite system is selected,which includes MgTiO3 with high Q-value and Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 with high dielectric constant at high frequencies. The composite system is made into the y•MgTiO3-(1-y)Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 composite powder with specific composition distribution,which prepared by liquid phase encapsulation technology combined with high energy ball milling process. In addition,the dielectric layer of ceramic capacitor with special “shell-core” structure was prepared by two-step sintering method. The mass production of MLCC with frequency and high Q-value was realized. The implementation of this project will enable enterprises to successfully realize the mass production of related products,meet the huge military market demand,change the pattern of similar products depending on imports,and ensure national defense security. It will not only have strong social benefits,but also bring greater economic benefits.
