摘 要：中国强制性产品认证（以下简称CCC 认证），为了保护消费者的人身安全和财产安全，对产品的质量进行管控，对于已经纳入目录内的产品实行强制性的认证管理要求。认监委发布的CNCA-00C-005《强制性产品认证实施规则 工厂质量保证能力要求》中规定，对于CCC 认证，必要时，工厂应按规定要求对例行检验设备实施功能检查。结合工厂实际情况，本文将对功能检查实施原理、方法和要求进行探讨。

The Exploration of Functional Examination on Equipment for
CCC Factory Quality Assurance Competence

Abstract：China Compulsory Certification（hereinafter referred to as CCC certification） is a compulsory certification requirement imposed on products that are already included in the catalogue to ensure personal and property safety of consumers and control over product quality. As required by the CNCA-00C-005 CCC Implementation Rules-Requirements for Factory Quality Assurance Competence issued by the CNCA，factories shall carry out functional examination on equipment required for routine inspection in accordance with requirements stipulated by relevant regulations（when needed）. Based on factories situation，this paper will explore the implementation principles， approaches and requirements of functional check.
