某型涡桨发动机试验的温度测试系统设计

摘  要:温度是发动机工作过程中的重要参数,通过温度测试可以充分地掌握发动机内部和外部的工作状况,为进一步调试、改进设计提供直接的技术支持。本文简要介绍了热电偶、热电阻的测温原理,以某涡桨发动机试验的温度测试需求为例,设计并搭建了适应该发动机试验的温度测试系统,详细论述了温度测试系统的工作流程,并给出了热电阻和热电偶测温系统的误差分析。该系统目前工作稳定可靠,满足精度要求,正应用于该型发动机的各项试验中。

The Design of Temperature Measurement System for a Turboprop Aero Engine Test

Abstract:Temperature is a key element of aero engine testing,the inner and outer performance of an aero engine are reflectedthrough temperature measurement,and it is also of great value in providing technical support for further adjustment and improvement.This paper briefly introduced the temperature measurement principle of thermocouple and thermal resistance,designed the structure oftemperature measurement system according to the test requirements of a turboprop engine’s test bench,and explained the workingprocess of the system in details. The error analysis of thermocouple and thermoresistor temperature measurement system is also given. Thesystem has been running stably and can meet the precision requirements,and reliably in all kinds of tests of this turboprop aero engine.
