基于内模控制的二次再热机组再热汽温调节策略

摘  要:与常规一次再热机组相比,选用二次再热后过热蒸汽和再热蒸汽的吸热比为72:28,过热蒸汽和再热蒸汽吸热比例发生了较大的变化。由于增加了一级再热器,被控对象的强耦合、非线性、大迟滞、时变、不确定特性更为突出,控制难度更大。本文通过介绍带有内模控制的再热器汽温控制策略在二次再热机组中的应用,为同类型机组提供借鉴。

Reheating Steam Temperature Regulation Strategy of Secondary Reheating UnitBased on Internal Model Control

Abstract:Compared with the conventional primary reheating unit,the ratio of superheated steam to reheated steam is 72:28,and the ratio of superheated steam to reheated steam has changed greatly. Due to the addition of a primary reheater,the strong coupling,non-linearity,large hysteresis,time-varying and uncertain characteristics of the controlled object are more prominent,and the control ismore difficult. This paper introduces the application of reheater steam temperature control strategy with internal model control in secondaryreheater units,which can provide reference for similar units.
