应用于DAB 系统Ⅲ波段的LC 压控振荡器设计研究

摘  要:在通信领域中,频率合成器扮演着越来越重要的角色,它可以为不同标准的无线收发机提供可编程低噪声的稳定本振信号,其性能可决定整个无线收发系统的性能,而在频率合成器中,又以VCO 的设计为重中之重。本文即是对应用于数字音频广播接收机系统Ⅲ波段的电感电容压控振荡器设计的研究。本文设计了一种应用于Ⅲ波段的正交差分输出压控振荡器。电路后仿真结果显示,核心电路电流为5.2mA,在调谐电压范围为0.3 ~ 1.5V 条件下,输出振荡频率范围可达到323.2 ~ 514.2MHz,完全覆盖Ⅲ波段所需要的频率范围;同时,最差条件下的相位噪声为-121dBc/Hz@1MHz,满足设计指标。

Design and Research of LCVCO Used in Ⅲ Band of Digital Audio Broadcasting System

Abstract:In the field of communications,frequency synthesizers play an increasingly important role in providing programmable low-noise,stable local oscillator signals for different standard wireless transceivers,the performance of which determines the performance of the entire wireless transceiver system. In the frequency synthesizer,the design of the VCO is the most important. This paper is the study of the design of the inductor-capacitor voltage-controlled oscillator for the Ⅲ band of the digital audio broadcasting receiver system.In the LCVCO design module,a voltage-controlled oscillator with quadrature differential outputs used in band Ⅲ is designed. The simulation results show that the core circuit current is 5.2 mA,the output frequency range is from 323.2 MHz to 514.2 MHz,in the tuning voltage range of 0.3 ~ 1.5V,completely covering the required band Ⅲ frequency range. At the same time,the phase noise in the worst case is-121dBc/Hz@1MHz offset,which meets the design specifications.
