开关型电动阀调试方法的探讨

摘  要:电动阀在现代工业生产中发挥着举足轻重的作用,电动阀按阀位功能分为开关型和调节型两种,开关型电动阀,也叫二位式电动阀,由于其突出的优点在工业生产中被广泛使用。随着新技术的采用,电气控制操作逐渐被集散控制系统(DCS)所代替,采用远程操作时,主控室人员只需在DCS 上操作,即可实现电动阀远程的开户和开闭,除了满足正常的生产要求外,还能降低运行人员的劳动强度和危险系数。如何在这种情况下改善电动阀门的调试方法就显得尤为重要。本文通过详细介绍电动阀的工作原理及调试方法,解决电动阀在调试过程中遇到的问题,以供人们参考。

Brief Analysis on the Debugging Method of Switching Electric Valve

Abstract:Electric valves play an important role in modern industrial production,and electric valves can be divided into two types according to valve position function:on-off and adjustable type,on-off type electric valve,which also called two-position electric valve,because of its outstanding advantages,it is widely used in industrial production. With the adoption of new technologies,electrical control operation is gradually replaced by distributed control system (DCS). With remote operation,the operation in the main control room only needs to operate on DCS to open and close the electric valve remotely. Besides meeting the normal production requirements,it can also reduce the labor intensity and risk factor of the operator. How to improve the debugging method of electric valve in this situation is particularly important. By introducing the working principle and debugging method of electric valve in detail,this paper solves the problems encountered in the debugging process of electric valve for reference.
