防错法在汽车电子产品制造开发过程中的应用

摘  要:目前,随着科技的发展与用户需求的提升,汽车已不是一个简单的交通工具,而是逐渐地转变成具备音响、导航、娱乐以及互联网交互的私人空间,未来还向着智能驾驶的方向高速发展;随着汽车电子产品的功能要求越来越多样化,汽车电子产品的结构复杂性越来越高,防错法在汽车电子产品制造开发过程中的应用显得至关重要。应用防错法能够降低汽车电子产品的不良率,提高汽车电子产品的可靠性。

Application of Error Prevention Method in the Development of Automotive Electronic Product Manufacturing Process

Abstract:At present,with the development of technology and the improvement of user demand,the car is not a simple means of transportation,but gradually transforms into a private space with audio,navigation,entertainment and internet interaction. In the future,intelligent driving will be developed at a high speed;With the increasingly diversified functional requirements of automotive electronic products,the structural complexity of automotive electronic products is becoming more and more high. The application of error proofing methods in the development of automotive electronic products is crucial. Application of error proofing method can reduce the defect rate of automotive electronic products and improve the availability of automotive electronic products.
