一种新型拓扑结构滤波器的设计与仿真验证

摘  要:本文重点阐述了薄膜体声波滤波器的工作原理,以及影响其工作性能的各种特征参数。分析了薄膜体声波滤波器网格型和梯型滤波器工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种新型拓扑结构滤波器的设计思想。阐述了梯型- 网格型- 梯型滤波器、网格型- 梯型- 网格型滤波器两种不同结构的设计方案,并且利用ADS 仿真设计软件对两种结构的滤波器进行了滤波特性和端口回损的比较。

Design and Simulation Verification of a Novel Topological Filter

Abstract:In this paper,the working principle of thin film bulk acoustic filter and various characteristic parameters affecting its performance are described. The working principles of grid and trapezoid filters of thin film bulk acoustic wave filters are analyzed. On this basis,a new design idea of topological structure filters is proposed. Two different design schemes of ladder-grid-ladder filter and grid-ladder-grid filter are described. Furthermore,the filter characteristics and port loss of the two structures are compared by ADS simulation design software.
