一种H 桥电路驱动TEC 的设计

摘  要:通过设计了一种使用H 桥来驱动半导体加热制冷片(TEC)的电路,其主要包含隔离电源、光耦和由分立元件构成的MOS 管驱动电路。本电路中上臂MOS 选用的是NMOS,PWM 通过光耦驱动有着隔离电源的MOS 管驱动电路。本电路能够在控制MOS 温升不高的情况下,允许超过100kHz 频率的PWM 驱动MOS 管,高频率的PWM 能够降低TEC 两端的电压纹波,让TEC 工作更加稳定,延长TEC 的使用寿命。

Design of an H-bridge Circuit Driven TEC

Abstract:A circuit for driving a semiconductor heating and cooling sheet (TEC) using an H-bridge is designed,which mainly includes an isolated power supply,an optocoupler and a MOS transistor drive circuit composed of discrete components. In the circuit,the upper arm MOS is selected as an NMOS,and the PWM drives the MOS transistor driving circuit with an isolated power supply through an optocoupler. This circuit can allow PWM drive MOS tubes with a frequency exceeding 100kHz under the condition that the temperature rise of the control MOS is not high. The high frequency PWM can reduce the voltage ripple at both ends of the TEC,making the TEC work more stable and prolonging the service life of the TEC.
