摘 要:开关电源以其轻小高效的特点应用越来越广,在目前的直流电源中占据统治地位。以 Buck 电路实现降压型 DC/DC 变换,以 TI 公司的同步降压集成控制芯片 LM5117 为控制核心,配以通态电阻极低的 MOS 管为功率开关器件实现同步整流。实验结果表明,设计的降压型开关电源,输入电压为 13V ~ 18V,输出电压稳定在 5V,功率不小于 16W,效率在 86% 以上,纹波电压小于 50mV。

Design of Step-down Switching Power Supply Based on LM5117

Abstract:Switching power supply is more and more widely used because of its small size and high efficiency. It occupies a dominant position in the current DC power supply. Buck circuit to realize step-down DC/DC conversion,TI’s synchronous buck integrated control chip LM5117 is used as the control core,and MOS transistor with very low on-state resistance is used as power switch device to realize synchronous rectification. The experimental results show that the designed step-down switching power supply is stable at the input voltage of 13V ~ 18V and the output voltage is 5V,the power is not less than 16W,the efficiency is over 86%,and the ripple voltage is less than 50mV.
