摘 要:光伏产业中胶黏剂是光伏组件封装不可或缺的材料,同时光伏产业中胶黏剂专利申请量在整个胶黏剂领域中占比较高。以2020 年以前公开的光伏产业用胶黏剂中国专利申请数据为分析样本,从地区分布、时间分布、申请人、技术构成等多角度详细剖析了国内光伏产业用胶黏剂专利技术的发展状况。以期为我国光伏产业用胶黏剂的发展以及该领域的知识产权管理提供借鉴,同时提高该领域技术人员的站位能力和对专利申请的审查能力。

Patent Analysis of Adhesives for Photovoltaic Industry in China

Abstract:Adhesives in the photovoltaic industry are indispensable materials for photovoltaic module packaging. At the same time,patent applications for adhesives in the photovoltaic industry account for a relatively high proportion in the entire adhesive field. Taking the Chinese patent application data of adhesives for photovoltaic industry published before 2020 as an analysis sample,the development status of domestic patent technology for adhesives for photovoltaic industry is analyzed in detail from the perspectives of regional distribution,time distribution,applicants,and technical composition. With a view to providing reference for the development of adhesives for China’s photovoltaic industry and intellectual property management in this field,and at the same time improve the standing ability of technical personnel in this field and the ability to examine patent applications.
