利用近场辐射重构电源开关 PWM 信号的方法

摘  要:该文针对经过测量封装处理或者绝缘涂层处理后无法直接测量开关电源脉宽调制信号的情况,提出了一种利用磁性元件的近场辐射来重构开关转换器的脉宽调制信号的非接触测试方法。该文研究了降压变换器的辐射模式、磁场传感探头和PWM 信号的重构电路。同时,对降压变换器进行重构测试,重构后的 PWM 信号占空比误差小于 0.2%,验证了该方法的有效性。

Method of Reconstructing Power Switch PWM Signal by Near-field Radiation

Abstract:Aiming at the situation that the PWM signal of switching power supply can not be measured directly after measurement packaging or insulation coating treatment,a non-contact test method for reconstructing the PWM signal of switching converter by using the near-field radiation of magnetic components is proposed in this paper. The radiation mode of buck converter,magnetic field sensing probe and reconfiguration circuit of PWM signal are studied. At the same time,the reconstruction test of the buck converter is carried out,and the duty cycle error of the reconstructed PWM signal is less than 0.2%,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
