摘 要:电子产品自动化测试线技术密集程度高、参数指标多、综合性强,需要产品标准的规范和引领来提升自动化测试线的统一性、兼容性和互通性,推动制造业数据互联互通与有序流通共享。制定电子产品自动化测试线团体标准时,宜细分为“通用要求”“接口规范”和“检测方法”三个标准文件来编写,并确保标准技术内容的可行性、科学性、适用性、先进性,提高标准质量。最后以汽车域控制器自动化测试线团体标准为例,分享在电子产品自动化测试线团体标准制定方面的具体实践经验。

Discussion on Formulation and Practice of Electronic Product Automatic Testing Line Association Standards

Abstract: The electronic product automatic testing line is highly technically intensive, has many parameters and indicators and great comprehensiveness, which needs the specification and guidance of product standards to improve the unity, compatibility and interoperability of the automatic testing line, and promote the share of interconnection and orderly circulation of manufacturing data. When formulating association standards for electronic product automatic testing line, it should be subdivided into three standard documents to write, including “general requirements”“interface specifications” and “testing methods”, and ensure the feasibility, scientificalness, applicability and progressiveness of the standard technical content to improve the standard quality. Finally, taking the association standards for vehicle domain control unit automatic testing line as an example, the specific practical experience in the aspect of association standards formulation for electronic product automatic testing line is shared.
