摘 要:在光纤陀螺光路结构中,Y 波导与光纤环通过尾纤熔接形成闭合回路来敏感相对惯性空间的转动信息,而熔接点处引入的非互易相位差会制约高精度光纤陀螺检测精度,还会降低陀螺的环境适应性和长期可靠性。在某项目支持下,对 Y 波导与光纤环进行了直接耦合工艺处理,并将该模块应用到高精度光纤陀螺光路结构中。测试表明,在保证陀螺光路、电路、软件状态相同的情况下,直接耦合模块陀螺性能满足总体要求。

Application of Direct Coupling Technology in High Precision Fiber Optic Gyroscope

Abstract: In the optical path structure of fiber optic gyroscope, Y waveguide and fiber ring form a closed loop through tail fiber fusion to sense the rotation information of relative inertial space, and the non reciprocal phase difference introduced at the fusion point will restrict the detection accuracy of high-precision fiber optic gyroscope, and reduce the environmental adaptability and long-term reliability of the gyroscope. With the support of a project, the direct coupling technology process between Y waveguide and fiber ring is processed, and the module is applied to the optical path structure of high precision fiber optic gyroscope. The test shows that the performance of the direct coupling module gyro meets the overall requirements under the condition of ensuring the same state of the gyro optical path, circuit and software status.
