摘 要:忆阻器具有记忆、非线性特性,将其接入振荡电路便于计算振荡电路中的物理量,但同时也会导致电路的状态量发生改变。为此,文章以接入磁控忆阻器的振荡电路为例,建立三阶忆阻振荡耦合电路模型,设计电流反馈控制器,并对耦合电路添加控制约束。通过求解时滞控制下的电路状态方程,确定电路达到稳定状态的条件,完成稳定性分析。在 Multisim 12.0 中搭建仿真实验环境,实验中在时滞反馈控制下模拟电路的电荷、磁通量都处于稳定状态,说明时滞控制能够使符合条件的电路达到稳定状态。

Stability Study of Memristive Oscillation Coupling Circuits under Time-Delay Feedback Control

Abstract: Memristor has memory and non-linear characteristics. It is easy to calculate the physical quantity in the oscillating circuit when it is connected to the oscillating circuit, but it also causes the state quantity of the circuit to change. For this reason, this paper takes the oscillation circuit connected to the magnetron memristor as an example, establishes a third-order memristor oscillation coupling circuit model, designs a current feedback controller, and adds control constraints to the coupling circuit. By solving the circuit state equation under the time-delay control, the conditions for the circuit to reach the stable state are determined, and the stability analysis is completed. A simulation experimental environment is built in Multisim 12.0. In the experiment, the charge and magnetic flux of the analog circuit are in a stable state under the time-delay feedback control, which shows that the time-delay control can make the qualified circuit reach a stable state.
