摘 要:随着智能手机的普遍增多,充电头也成为生活中最普遍的小家电产品。大多数充电头都只是独立的,当用双手去拔插头时,存在着触电安全隐患,容易造成触电的危害;也有当用力过大时就容易使充电器的两个铁片发生松弛,使得充电头损坏,不能够正常工作。基于上述情况的存在,对拔插头过程进行了研究,使其既能够单手进行操作,同时也大大降低了触电的风险,也帮助人们在拔充电头时减小受力,进而使插头更容易地拔出。

Design Research of an Easy-Pull Charging Plug

Abstract: With the general increase of smart phones, charging plug has also become the most common small home appliances products in life. Most charging plugs are only independent. When pulling the plug with both hands, there is a safety hazard of electric shock, which easily causes the harm of electric shock. When the force is too large, it is easy to relax the two iron pieces of the charger, making the charging plug damaged and unable to work normally. Based on the existence of the above situations, this paper researches the process of pulling the plug, and makes it cannot only operate with one hand, but also greatly reduce the risk of electric shock and help people to reduce the force when pulling the charging plug, thus making the plug easier to pull out.
