摘 要:温度测量是工业中常见的状态监控手段和过程控制手段,针对燃气轮机尾气温度的测量介绍了一种基于双通道 K型热电偶、覆盖 0 ~ 1 000 ℃的温度测量系统,主要包括基于 ADS1118 的温度测量原理介绍,前级输入信号链调理电路设计,后端处理及软件设计,实验结果表明:利用此案实施的温度测量系统具有较高的稳定性和可移植性,不仅适合燃机排气温度测量,也适合工业场景下多通道宽范围温度测量,具有良好的推广价值。

A Dual Channel Wide Range Temperature Measurement System Based on ADS1118

Abstract: Temperature measurement is a common condition monitoring means and process control means in industry. A temperature measurement system based on dual channel K-type thermocouple covering 0 ~ 1000 ℃ is introduced for the measurement of gas turbine exhaust gas temperature, mainly including the introduction of temperature measurement principle based on ADS1118, the design of the conditioning circuit of the front input signal chain, the back-end processing and software design, The experimental results show that the temperature measurement system implemented by this case has high stability and portability, which is not only suitable for gas turbine exhaust temperature measurement, but also suitable for multi-channel wide range temperature measurement in industrial scenarios, and has good promotion value.
