摘 要:该文采用正交实验设计方法,研究了正极箔、负极箔、电解纸、导电聚合物分散液、电解液五种主要材料以及化成温度、化成电压、浸渍次数、老化温度、老化电压五种主要工艺对固液混合铝电解电容器性能的影响。实验结果表明,正极箔、分散液、电解液、化成电压、浸渍次数五个因素对产品性能的影响较大。经过材料和工艺方案优化后,产品可以耐受高温负荷、高温高湿负荷,经振动试验考核产品性能变化幅度极小,完全可以满足汽车电子、通信基站、云端服务器等领域的高标准要求。

Study on the Factors Affecting the Performance of Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of five main materials, namely anode foil, cathode foil, separator paper, conductive polymer dispersion and electrolyte, as well as five main processes, namely formation temperature, formation voltage, immersion times, aging temperature and aging voltage, on the performance of hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors is studied by using orthogonal experimental design method. The experimental results show that the five factors of anode foil, electrolyte, dispersion, formation voltage and immersion times have great influence on product performance. After optimization of materials and process scheme, the product can withstand high temperature load, high temperature and high humidity load, according to the vibration test, the performance of the product changes very little, which can fully meet the high standard requirements in automotive electronics, communication base stations, cloud servers and other fields.
