手持终端电源滤波器的设计与 EMC 测试

摘  要:随着开关电源在手持终端中的广泛应用,以解决电磁兼容问题为目标的电源滤波器设计也受到广泛关注。电源滤波器自身要具有很强的抗电磁干扰能力,限制开关电源与外部供电模块的相互干扰。针对手持终端电源系统开关电源数量多、电源滤波器体积小等特点,分析了滤波器的主要设计指标要求,设计了小型化、高插损滤波器,有效抑制电磁传导和辐射问题,保障电源系统的电磁兼容性要求。

Design and EMC Test of a Power Supply Filter Applied in Handhold Terminals

Abstract: With the wide application of switching power supply in handhold terminals, the design of power supply filter aiming at solving the electromagnetic compatibility problem has also been widely concerned. The power supply filter should have strong antielectromagnetic interference ability, and it can suppress the mutual interference between the switching power supply and the external power supply module. Aiming at the characteristics of the power supply system applied in handhold terminals, such as the large number of switching power supplies and the small size of the power supply filter, the main design parameters and demands of the filter are analyzed, and a miniaturized and high insertion-loss filter is designed to effectively suppress the electromagnetic conduction and radiation problems, which ensure the electromagnetic compatibility of the power system.
