摘 要：本文结合港口交通安全管理的实际，概述了高清雷达测速系统的系统总体设计的设计原则、技术路线、系统结构、系统组成、功能描述，前端子系统设计的系统组成、现场布局、硬件设备配置原则、主要设备选型，后端子系统设计的存储需求、设备选型、图片存储设计，以及系统特点。

Abstract：According to the practice of port traffic safety management，the design principle，technical route，system structure，system composition and function description of the system design of the radar speed measuring system are summarized. The system composition of the design of the front terminal system，the layout of the field，the principle of the configuration of the hardware equipment，the selection of the main equipment and the post terminal system are set up. The storage requirements，equipment selection，picture storage design，and system characteristics are described.
