摘 要：建立社区健康档案是基础医疗服务发展的必然趋势，健康档案是居民健康情况的有效反映，为居民卫生健康服务提供依据。基于此，本文以大数据时代下社区居民健康档案作为研究对象，分析社区居民健康档案的基本特征，发现档案管理存在的问题，分别从社区健康档案宣传、医疗管理机制、信息化建设以及人才培训等方面阐述了社区居民健康档案管理对策。

Research on Health Archives of Community Residents in the Age of Big Data

Abstract：Establishing community health archives is the inevitable trend of the development of basic medical services. Health archives are an effective reflection of residents’health conditions and provide basis for residents’health services. Based on this， this paper takes community residents’health archives in the era of big data as the research object，analyses the basic characteristics of community residents’health archives，finds out the problems of archives management，and elaborates the countermeasures of community residents’health archives management from the aspects of community health archives publicity，medical management mechanism，information construction and personnel training.
