摘 要：“双创”和“新工科”建设是一项涉及面广，影响面宽的复杂系统工程，对高职教育的改革和发展具有重要引领作用，需要有清晰的内涵定义和建设思路。本文首先解读“双创”与“新工科”建设方面的国家政策及内涵，根据自身专业及调研情况叙述目前实训基地建设的现状，结合前期建设工作及实践探索经验总结出“双创+ 新工科”背景下电子技术专业实训基地的建设重点，以期为各类具有同样困惑的高职院校提供参考与借鉴。

Research on the Construction and Reform of Training Base for ElectronicInformation Technology Specialty under the Background of“Double Creation plus New Engineering”

Abstract：The construction of “double creation” and “new engineering” is a complex system project that involves a widerange of fields and has a wide influence. It plays an important leading role in the reform and development of higher vocational educationand requires a clear definition of connotation and construction ideas. This paper interpret the “double creation” and “new engineering”aspects to the construction of the national policy and the connotation，according to their own professional and research situation describedthe current situation of the construction of training base，the early stage of the construction work and practice to explore the experiencesummed up the“double creation plus new engineering”under the background of electronic technology professional training base for theconstruction of the key，so as to provide reference for all kinds of vocational colleges have the same confusion with draw lessons from.
