摘 要：创新创业人才培养模式的研究是十分有意义的，不仅可以解决重理论轻实践的创新型人才和机会型创业人才的培养问题，而且能够有效地实现以“提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家”和“促进以创业带动就业”的人才培养目标。通过“1234”（一个体系、两全师资、三类资源、四种实践）的创新创业型人才培养模式，在本校网络工程专业实验班中进行实践与应用，为政府和教育主管部门制定高等教育改革和发展政策提供科学的依据，也为其他本科院校培养应用型创新人才提供借鉴。

Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Innovative andEntrepreneurial Talents in Applied Undergraduate Universities
——Taking the Network Engineering Experiment Class as an Example

Abstract：The research on the training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents is very meaningful. It can not only solve theproblem of cultivating innovative talents and opportunity-based entrepreneurial talents，Moreover，it can effectively achieve the trainingobjectives of “improving the ability of independent innovation，building an innovative country”and “promoting employment throughentrepreneurship”. Through the “1234” （one system，two full teachers，three types of resources，four kinds of practice） innovativeentrepreneurial talent training mode，practice and application in the network engineering professional experimental class of the school，for the government and education authorities to develop higher education The reform and development policy provides a scientific basis；italso provides reference for other undergraduate colleges to cultivate applied innovative talents.
