摘 要：OA 办公系统是推行无纸化办公改革、提高行政办公效率的重要利器，也是近年来高职院校发展信息化建设的重要内容，但是在发展过程中大多会遇到一些具有共性、普遍性的问题，需要引起高度重视。本文结合无锡工艺职业技术学院OA办公系统的实际情况，概述了其建设方案、使用现状，详细分析了当前发展面临的挑战，并着重对后续推进OA 办公系统发展提出一些思考与建议，以期抛砖引玉，供读者借鉴参考。

Research and Analysis of OA Office System
——Taking Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts & Technology as an example

Abstract：The OA office system is an important tool to promote paperless office reform and improve the efficiency of handling official business. It is also an important part of the development of information technology in higher vocational colleges in recent years.However，in the process of development，most of them will encounter some common and universal problems that need to be highly valued. Based on the actual situation of the OA office system of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts & Technology，this paper summarizes its construction plan and use status，analyzes the challenges of current development in detail，and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the subsequent development of the OA office system，in order to attract readers for reference.
