中职生线上学习自我效能感的研究

摘  要:在教育部以立德树人为核心倡导职业教育信息化深入发展的背景下,线上线下混合教学模式在职业学校广泛运用。线上学习自我效能感作为中职生自我调控能力的重要认知变量之一,可以综合反映中职生内部特征,开展线上学习自我效能感研究对中职教学有积极的启示作用。本研究对中职生线上学习的自我效能感进行测量和验证,编制量表,为中职生的线上学习研究提供科学有效的量化工具,结合中职生线上学习状况和班杜拉的自我效能感影响四因素,提出培养中职生线上学习自我效能感的三个途径,为今后更好地开展中职线上教学提供参考。

Study on the Self-efficacy of Online Learning of Secondary Vocational School Students

Abstract:Under the background that the Ministry of Education advocates the in-depth development of vocational education informationization with Lide Shuren as the core,online and offline mixed teaching mode is widely used in vocational schools.Online learning self-efficacy,as one of the important cognitive variables of secondary vocational students’self-regulation ability,can comprehensively reflect the internal characteristics of secondary vocational students,and carry out online learning self-efficacy research has positive implications for secondary vocational education. This research measures and validates the self-efficacy of online learning of secondary vocational school students,and compiles a scale to provide a scientific and effective quantitative tool for online learning research of secondary vocational school students. Combining with the four factors of online learning status of secondary vocational school students and the influence of Bandura’s self-efficacy,it puts forward three ways to cultivate the self-efficacy of online learning of secondary vocational school students. Ways to better carry out online teaching in secondary vocational schools in the future to provide a reference.
