摘 要：2014 年李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”，国内掀起一股创新热潮，创新也成为过去几年各地区政府报告中频繁出现的词汇。教育部在2016 年工作要点中强调要“深入推进高校创新创业教育改革”，加强推进“建立精准推送就业服务机制”，“促进高校毕业生就业创业”。基于校企合作方式，一方面提升高等院校人才培养能力、科学研究能力和社会服务能力；另一方面也能提升大学生的学习能力、创新能力、实践能力、交流能力和社会适应能力，适应当下高等教育大众化阶段对人才的需求。本文基于武昌工学院“基于校企合作的计算机专业大学生创新创业教育研究与实践”这一课题项目，就校企合作下的高校计算机专业创新出行业人才培养进行分析和讨论。

Research on the Training of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents of Computer Major in Universities Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation
——Take Wuchang Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract：Premier Li Keqiang put forward “mass entrepreneurship” and “mass innovation” in 2014，which set off an upsurge of innovation in China. Innovation has also become a frequent vocabulary in the reports of regional governments in the past few years. In the key points of the work of the Ministry of Education in 2016，it emphasized the need to “deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform”，strengthen the promotion of“ the establishment of a precise employment promotion service mechanism”，and“ promote graduates’employment and entrepreneurship”. Based on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation，on the one hand，it can improve the ability of talent cultivation，scientific research and social service in colleges and universities，on the other hand，it can also improve the ability of students to learn，innovate，practice，communicate and adapt to the needs of talents in the current stage of popularization of higher education. Based on the project “Research and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Computer Major Students Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation” of Wuchang Institute of Technology，this paper analyses and discusses the cultivation of innovative professionals in computer majors in universities under the cooperation of school and enterprise.
