摘 要：人工智能的快速发展对高等院校导航工程专业人才培养将产生深远的影响，发展与改革导航工程专业人才培养模式也势在必行，以应对科技发展、社会进步对导航工程专业人才培养提出的新要求。本文从培养理念和目标、培养内容、培养方式和师资队伍建设四个方面，对人工智能时代背景下导航工程专业人才培养模式做出了一些有益的探讨。

Research on the Training Mode of Navigation Engineering Professionals in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract：The rapid development of artificial intelligence will have a far-reaching impact on the training of navigation engineering professionals in colleges and universities. It is imperative to develop and reform the navigation engineering professional talents training mode to cope with the development of navigation engineering professionals in response to scientific and technological development and social progress. This paper makes some useful discussions on the training mode of navigation engineering professionals in the context of artificial intelligence from four aspects：training concept and goal，training content，training method and teacher team construction.
