摘 要：本文采用网络问卷在线调查的方式，抽取17 所不同层次的驻沈高校的389 名一线教师为样本，围绕高校科研政策中项目管理、科研经费使用与监督等问题展开调查，统计分析高校教师对现行高校科技政策的满意度，以期为高校科技管理政策的制定、修改提供实证数据和参考。

Abstract：This paper uses online questionnaire survey to collect 389 front-line teachers from 17 colleges and universities in Shenyang at different levels as samples，and investigates the project management，the use and supervision of research funds in the scientific research policies of colleges and universities，and makes statistical analysis of the satisfaction of university teachers with the current scientific and technological policies.In order to provide empirical data and reference for the formulation and revision of university science and technology management policy.
