摘 要：为有效提高科研人员文献素养，帮助贫困地区扶贫脱贫工作，本文采用问卷调查方式，选取第三师部分科研人员作为调查对象，通过对科研人员的基本情况、对文献类型、文献载体的需求，以及获取文献的途径等进行调查统计，分析了解科研人员的信息需求并得出结论建议，希望能为新疆兵团的少数民族贫困地区文化科技扶贫脱贫工作提供理论依据。

Investigation and Analysis of Information Needs of Scientific Researchers in
Poverty Stricken Minority Areas
——Take the Third Division of the Corps as an Example

Abstract：To improve the literature accomplishment of scientific research personnel，and to help poor areas of poverty alleviation poverty alleviation work，this paper uses the questionnaire survey，choose the third part of scientific research personnel of the third division as the research object，through to the basic situation of scientific research personnel，types of literature，literature carrier requirements，as well as access to the literature survey statistics，analyze and understand the scientific research personnel’s information needs and conclusion suggestions，it is hoped that this paper can provide theoretical basis for poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation by cultural science and technology in poverty-stricken minority areas of Xinjiang Corps.
