摘 要：文章首先分析了在计算机网络技术基础上，智能识别系统开发的主要方案，以及开发过程中对硬件设备软件系统的需求。其次，重点探讨智能识别系统的开发策略，从计算机网络技术应用角度提出完善的方案，为智能识别系统功能的实现提供理论性参照。

Abstract：Firstly，this paper analyses the main scheme of intelligent identification system development based on computer network technology，and the requirement of hardware and software system in the process of development. Secondly，it focuses on the development strategy of intelligent identification system，puts forward a perfect scheme from the perspective of computer network technology application，and provides theoretical reference for the realization of intelligent identification system function.
