摘 要：科技服务资源被利用至今，已经成为了新型服务主体，其具有支撑性，辅助性和再生性等特点；但科技服务资源的利用率较低。本文针对这一问题，设计搭建了一个资源丰富、方便快捷、智能高效的科技服务资源共享平台，并利用平台对学会现有的学术资源、技术资源、专家资源和人才资源等进行了整合和共享。平台起到了提高科技服务资源的利用率、活跃学术交流、促进产业发展以及强化社会服务等作用。

Abstract：Since the use of science and technology service resources，it has become a new type of service subject，which has the characteristics of support，auxiliary and regenerative. However，the utilization rate of science and technology service resources is low. This paper designs and builds a resource-rich，convenient，intelligent and efficient technology service resource sharing platform，and use the platform to integrate and share the existing academic resources，technical resources，expert resources and human resources. The platform plays a role in improving the utilization rate of scientific and technological service resources，influencing academic exchanges，promoting industrial development and strengthening social services.
