摘 要：2016 年以来，人工智能得到长足的发展，国家也开始大力发展人工智能产业。人工智能算法日趋成熟并进入商用阶段，智能硬件具备更高的算力足以支撑千亿人脸大库。与此同时，公安拥有海量的数据可供应用开发。面对日趋复杂的公共安全治安形势，对如何利用新兴人工智能技术支撑实战应用提出了更高的要求，只有不断对其探索和研究才能建立更主动、更智慧的平安城市立体化安全防御体系。

Application Research of Artificial Intelligence in the Field ofPublic Security Video Surveillance

Abstract：Since 2016，artificial intelligence has been greatly developed，and the country has begun to vigorously develop the artificial intelligence industry. The algorithm is maturing and entering the commercial stage，and the hardware has a higher computing power to support the 100 billion face database. At the same time，the public security has a huge amount of data for application development. In the face of the increasingly complex public security situation，how to use the new artificial intelligence technology to support practical applications puts forward higher requirements，in order to establish a more active and smarter three-dimensional security defense system for safe cities.
