摘 要：本文以某市公安智慧监所项目中的戒毒E 警通系统为例，深入分析其在设计过程中的总体设计思路、运行模式、系统架构、关键技术、功能实现等几个方面的重点内容，从上传法律文书、递交体检报告、在线咨询等着手考虑，对办案民警在办理收戒工作中存在的不便之处进行改善，在系统总体架构设计层面上就予以解决，并且在保障网络和数据安全的前提下实现手机端便捷操作，极大加强了强戒所与手机端办案单位之间的沟通效率，同时满足了问题咨询等方面的需求。

Design and Realization of E Police Communication Project forPublic Security Drug Rehabilitation

Abstract：This paper takes the E police communication system for drug addiction treatment in the project of a city’s public security intelligence prison as an example，and deeply analyses its key contents in the design process，such as general design idea，operation mode，system architecture，key technology and function realization，and other aspects. Considering from uploading legal documents，submitting medical examination reports，online consultation and so on，the existence of police handling cases in the process of receiving and guarding work is discussed. The inconvenience is improved，which is solved at the level of overall system architecture design，and the convenient operation of mobile terminal is realized under the premise of ensuring network and data security，which greatly strengthens the communication between the forcible detention center and the mobile terminal case handling unit，and also meets the needs of problem consultation and other aspects.
