摘 要:21 世纪以来,世界范围内不断发生着各种各样的事故,但现有的应急预案制定过程中由于缺乏科学的理论和方法的指导,大多数应急预案基于管理者个人经验或照搬照抄其他预案,导致所制定的应急预案自身存在应急责任不清、对整个应急过程中的需求和责任分析不充分、方案措施缺乏针对性等问题。在突发事件应对过程中,人们逐渐认识到文本应急预案形式所存在的不足,开始积极探索运用计算机信息技术、网络技术、仿真模拟技术等现代科技手段提升应急预案功能的技术方法。基于此,开发出一套石油工程生产事故应急实训虚拟仿真系统,能让学生掌握石油HSE 生产知识和石油工程作业场所的危险辨识、风险评价和应急控制的基本方法。

Development and Research of Virtual Simulation System for Petroleum Engineering Production Accident Emergency Training

Abstract:Since the 21st century,various accidents have been happening all over the world. However,due to the lack of scientific theories and methods in the process of formulating emergency plans,most of them are based on managers’personal experience or copy other plans,which leads to the unclear emergency responsibility,the need and responsibility for the whole emergency process.Some problems such as inadequate analysis and lack of pertinence of scheme and measures are discussed. In the process of dealing with emergencies,people gradually realize the shortcomings of text emergency plans,and begin to actively explore the use of computer information technology,network technology,simulation technology and other modern scientific and technological means to enhance the function of emergency plans. Based on this,a virtual simulation system for emergency training of petroleum engineering production accidents is developed,which enables students to master the knowledge of petroleum HSE production and the basic methods of risk identification,risk assessment and emergency control in petroleum engineering workplaces.
