摘 要：为了实现高值医用耗材全面网上采购，保证高值医用耗材采购的公开公平和透明，实现高值医用耗材采购网上监管，保障高值医用耗材的供应和质量，本中心利用计算机及网络技术，按照国家相关文件精神，结合各级政府监管部门的要求，建立了简便、直观的高值医用耗材阳光采购平台。该平台实现了全区医用耗材交易的电子化、公开透明化、高效化，实现了全区高值医用耗材采购品种、供货商等数据信息共享。该平台为广西壮族自治区高值医用耗材实现全面网上阳光采购，为各级政府监管部门全面网上监管提供了有力工具。

Design and Development of Sunshine Purchasing Platform for High-value Medical Consumables in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Abstract：In order to realize the comprehensive online procurement of high-value medical consumables，ensure the openness，fairness and transparency of the procurement of high-value medical consumables，realize the online supervision of the procurement of highvalue medical consumables，and guarantee the supply and quality of high-value medical consumables，our center utilizes computer and network technology，in accordance with the spirit of relevant national documents and in accordance with the supervision of governments at all levels. According to the requirements of the department，a simple and intuitive sunshine purchasing platform for high-value medical consumables has been established. The platform realizes the electronic，transparent and efficient trading of medical consumables in the whole region，and realizes the sharing of data and information of high-value medical consumables purchasing varieties and suppliers in the whole region. The platform provides a powerful tool for the comprehensive online sunshine procurement of high-value medical consumables in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and for the comprehensive online supervision of government regulatory departments at all levels.
