摘 要：本文对BIM 技术及其特点进行了阐述，指出了招投标在整个建设工程生命周期中的重要性，并分析了现阶段招投标在建设工程环节中的弊端。提出引入BIM 技术，并对BIM 技术在解决建设单位招投标中招标管理与投标单位的应用进行分析，从设计优化、施工管理和工程造价等方面将BIM 技术与招投标工作进一步融合深化。

The Exploration of BIM Technology in the Teaching of Bidding Training

Abstract：This paper expounds the BIM technology and its characteristics，points out the importance of bidding in the life cycle of the whole construction project，and analyzes the disadvantages of the present stage of bidding in the construction project. This paper introduces the introduction of BIM technology，and analyzes the application of BIM technology in solving the bidding management and bidding units in the bidding of construction units，and further deepens the BIM technology and bidding work from the aspects of design optimization，construction management and project cost.
