摘 要：文章首先通过对医院财务管理与决策系统构建的重点进行分析，阐述医院财务系统的架构。然后再分析医院财务管理与决策系统的整体系统设计，通过对系统框架、业务体系架构设计、技术体系架构设计、数据体系架构设计、批量数据采集、数据采集聚合流程、实时数据交换结构进行分析。最后再对所设计的医院财务管理与决策系统进行测试分析，确保所设计出的医 院财务管理与决策系统能够满足医院的实际需要。

Abstract：Through the analysis of the key points of the hospital financial management and decision-making system，this paper expounds the structure of the hospital financial system. Then it analyzes the overall system design of the hospital financial management and decision-making system，through the system framework，business architecture design，technical architecture design，data architecture design，batch data collection，data collection aggregation process，real-time data exchange structure. Finally，we test and analyze the designed hospital financial management and decision-making system to ensure that the designed hospital financial management and decision-making system can meet the actual needs of the hospital.
