摘 要:为了配合已有的山楂成卷机的机械结构,设计一套PLC 自动成卷控制系统。详细介绍了控制系统设计方案、触摸屏的界面制作以及PLC 与触摸屏的通讯方式,配合电气控制系统的设计,实现了山楂自动成卷机的自动成卷功能。操作工人通过在触摸屏上进行操作,将不同的控制指令发送给PLC,PLC 根据指令内容控制上料电机、切刀电机、成卷电机,确保山楂成卷机稳定工作。

Program Design of Control System of Hawthorn Coiling Machine

Abstract:In order to cooperate with the mechanical structure of Hawthorn coiler,a PLC automatic coiling control system was designed. The design scheme of control system,the interface making of touch screen and the communication mode between PLC and touch screen are introduced in detail. With the design of electrical control system,the automatic coiling function of hawthorn automatic coiler is realized. Through the operation on the touch screen,the operators send different control instructions to PLC. The PLC controls the feeding motor,cutter motor and winding motor according to the instruction content to ensure the stable operation of hawthorn winder.
