摘 要:文章简要介绍了某大型水电站油压装置控制系统的基本组成,结合行业内油压装置控制系统的有关问题,提出了相应的优化策略。通过对行业内规程规范的简要分析,对水电站事故低油压、事故低油位保护信号的可靠性进行研究;此外,对信号判断处理提出一些优化建议。最后结合智能化电站建设,介绍了油压装置控制系统与监控系统间冗余网络配置。

Design Optimization of the Control System of Oil Pressure Supply Unit

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic composition of the control system of oil pressure supply unit in a large hydropower station, combining the related problems of the control system of oil pressure supply unit in the industry, the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed. Through the brief analysis of the codes and specifications in the industry, the reliability of the protection signals of accident low oil pressure and accident low oil level in hydropower station is studied; in addition, some optimization suggestions for signal judgment and processing are put forward. Finally, combined with the construction of intelligent power station, the redundant network configuration between the control system and monitoring system of oil pressure supply unit is introduced.
