摘 要:我国北方地区在冬季采用集中供暖,散热均匀、清洁健康的地暖深受人们的喜爱。空气热传导效率较低,很难对室内温度进行精准控制,有时室内热量流失较多。文章对室内环境所需热量进行了分析,根据供回水温度、水流量、水压、室内外温度和房间面积等信息,建立了温度自校正 PID 控制模型;通过 DS18B20、流量计以及压力变送器将采样信息传送给 STM32单片机,利用 TB6600 驱动分水器水阀调节水流量,达到精准控制室内温度的目的。该控制器的使用提高了用户的舒适性,减少了能源浪费。

Design of Self-Tuning PID Controller for Floor Heating Temperature

Abstract: Central heating is adopted in northern China in winter. The clean and healthy floor heating with uniform heat dissipation is deeply loved by people. The air heat transfer efficiency is low, so it is difficult to accurately control the indoor temperature, and sometimes the indoor heat loss is large. This paper analyzes the heat required by indoor environment, and establishes a temperature selftuning PID control model according to the information of water supply and return temperature, water flow, water pressure, indoor and outdoor temperature and room area; the sampling information is transmitted to STM32 single-chip microcomputer through DS18B20, flowmeter and pressure transmitter, and TB6600 is used to drive the water valve of water separator to regulate the water flow, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the indoor temperature. The controller improves the comfort of users and reduces the waste of energy
