摘 要:能源管控系统在采油厂智能化建设过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,然而该系统也存在着平台功能不完善问题、基础数据质量不高等问题,导致该系统时效性大打折扣,对采油厂运行带来了不利影响。而应用大数据技术将采油厂能源管控系统进行升级优化,则有效解决了能源管控系统运行过程中存在的各类问题,大大提升了系统运行效率,采油厂生产运行提质降本增效成果明显。

Optimization and Promotion and Application of Energy Management and Control System in Oil Production Plant

Abstract: The energy management and control system plays a vital role in the intelligent construction of the oil production plant. However, the system also has problems of imperfect platform function and low quality of basic data, which leads to reduce the timeliness of the system and brings adverse effects on the operation of the oil production plant. This paper applies the big data technology to upgrade and optimize the energy management and control system of the oil production plant, and it can effectively solve various problems in the operation process of the energy management and control system, greatly improve the operation efficiency of the system, The results of improving quality, reducing cost and improving efficiency of production operation of oil production plant are obvious.
