摘 要：基于OBE 成果导向教育理念，制订了安徽公安职业学院网络安全监察专业“计算机网络基础”课程的教学体系，并设计了SPOC 翻转课堂的线上线下混合式教学模式，通过“线下自学”“线上测试”“答疑巩固”三层递进，达到良好的远程教学效果。最后，阐述了教学设计的具体实施情况。顺应高等教育深化改革的潮流，安徽公安职业学院线上线下混合式教学模式取得初步成效，并得以初步推广。

Research on Mixed Teaching Model of Flipped Class Based on OBE
——Taking the “Computer Network Foundation” Course as an Example

Abstract：Based on the OBE achievement-oriented education concept，the teaching system of the “Computer Network Foundation” course of the network security supervision major of the Anhui Public Security Vocational College was formulated，and the online and offline mixed teaching model of the SPOC flipped classroom was designed. Through “offline self-study”,“online testing” and “Q & A consolidation” three-level progressive，achieving a good distance teaching effect. Finally，the specific implementation of instructional design is described. In line with the trend of deepening reform in higher education，Anhui Public Security College online and offline mixed teaching model has achieved initial results and has been initially promoted.
