在线教学模式下教学问题与对策的探究

摘  要:为应对新冠肺炎疫情对教学的影响,教育部发布了学校延迟开学的通知,并提倡“停课不停教、不停学”。得益于线上教学的开展,疫情状态下各级各类学校的教学秩序得以保障。但随之而来,线上教学过程中也存在诸多问题:教师方面有教学模式转变过程中思维惯性带来的影响、信息化素养有待提高、难以把控课堂氛围;学生方面:在缺少监督情况下自我管理能力不足、难以长时间保持学习状态、师生共同面临的问题:教学效果受设备条件、网络状况的影响较大。

Study on the Teaching Problems and Countermeasures under the Online Teaching Mode

Abstract:In order to cope with the impact of COVID-19 on teaching,the Ministry of Education has issued a notice to delay the opening of school and advocated“no stop teaching,no stop learning”. Thanks to the development of online teaching,the teaching order of schools at all levels can be guaranteed under the epidemic situation. However,there are also many problems in the process of online teaching:teachers have the influence of thinking inertia in the process of the transformation of teaching mode,information literacy needs to be improved,and it is difficult to control the classroom atmosphere;students:lack of self-management ability in the absence of supervision,difficulty in maintaining the learning state for a long time,problems faced by teachers and students:the teaching effect is greatly affected by equipment conditions and network conditions.
