摘 要：“计算机应用基础”是培养学生计算机操作技能的课程，为后续学习打下坚实的信息素养基础。为了实现该课程定位目标，达到课程的学习预期，将成果导向教育理念引入到计算机应用基础课程教学改革实践中，设计了“计算机应用基础”与毕业要求的对应关系，教学目标与毕业要求的映射关系，教学内容与学习成果的映射关系，最后在超星学习通上进行了“计算机应用基础”的课程实施，以项目驱动的方式展开教学，探索了基于 OBE 理念的课程设计与开发模式。

Curriculum Design and Development Based on OBE Concept —Taking the Course Teaching of “Fundamentals of Computer Application” As an Example

Abstract: Fundamentals of Computer Application is a course to train students’ computer operation skills and lay a solid foundation of information literacy for subsequent study. In order to realize the orientation goal of the course and meet the learning expectations of the course, the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) is introduced into the teaching reform practice of "Basic Computer Application" course. The corresponding relationship between "Basic Computer Application" and graduation requirements, the mapping relationship between teaching objectives and graduation requirements and the mapping relationship between teaching content and learning outcomes are designed. Finally, the course of “Computer Application Basis” is implemented on Superstar Learning Pass. Teaching is carried out in a project-driven way, and the course design and development mode based on OBE concept is explored.
