基于机器学习的初中人工智能编程教学实践 ——以利用线性回归预测某城市房价项目为例

摘  要:机器学习是人工智能研究领域之一,往往在大学课程中才涉及探究其原理以及算法实现,文章以预测某城市房价项目为例,详细分析线性回归这一机器学习中的经典模型,对于初中生只需有 Python 语言编程基础,掌握初中数学中已学习的一次线性函数 y=k•x+b,就能探究该项目,让机器学习真正的走入初中课堂,践行科技创新人才的个性化培养方式和专业化成才路径,为推动我国科技创新人才早期培养提供借鉴

Teaching Practice of Artificial Intelligence Programming in Junior Middle School Based on “Machine Learning”—Take the Prediction of House Price in a City by Linear Regression as an Example

Abstract: Machine learning is one of the research fields of artificial intelligence, and its principle and algorithm implementation are often involved in university courses. Taking the project of predicting house prices in a city as an example, this paper analyzes the classical model of linear regression in machine learning in detail. For junior middle school students, they can explore the project only by having the programming foundation of Python language and mastering the learned linear function y = k•x + b in junior middle school mathematics, Let “machine learning” really enter the junior middle school classroom, practice the personalized training mode and professional path of scientific and technological innovation talents, and provide reference for promoting the early training of scientific and technological innovation talents in China.
